HR enquiry managemenallows for the capturing of all HR enquiries, for example this could be about HR policies or an absence related question or maybe you want to proactively log an enquiry to check-in with an employee in a couple of weeks to make sure they are feeling okay and supported. By tracking and resolving early interactions will help reduce formal cases arising.

Post case checklist are pre built actions to follow once a case has been closed. Each policy has its own specific actions. For a number of policies you may consider having a proactive action of ‘employee wellbeing check in week 1’ and the same for week 2. This helps reinforce your organisation as being caring and considerate towards employees, making sure their well being is not just a word, its an action!
