Account Management

We have one responsibility – to ensure our customers receive the best experience.

This is underpinned by ensuring maximum return on investment. Once a new customer joins us, they are assigned a dedicated account manager who will support them through their HR case management journey. Our account managers will:

  • keep in regular contact either online or through face to face meetings
  • provide updates on new and exciting enhancements
  • assist with any training requirements
  • help with any day-to-day queries


Our customers benefit from service desk support to assist with any queries.

We provide all customers with access to our Service Desk, for technical support, system guidance and day to day questions. Our Service Desk can be reached by telephone, email or by using our ticketing system
