- assist with any training requirements
- help with any day-to-day queries
Our customers benefit from service desk support to assist with any queries.
We provide all customers with access to our Service Desk, for technical support, system guidance and day to day questions. Our Service Desk can be reached by telephone, email or by using our ticketing system
