Looking Ahead to 2026: Innovation That Puts Users First
Head of Products, Andy Shettle discusses some of the product roadmap coming up for 2026.
As we step into 2026, we’re excited about the enhancements coming your way. Our focus remains on empowering users and streamlining processes – while keeping the human touch at the heart of everything we do.
Notification centre
Soon, you’ll have full control over the alerts that matter most to you. Our new Notification Centre will allow you to customise and prioritise notifications, ensuring you stay informed without the noise.
AI-driven capabilities
Shortly after, we’ll introduce intelligent automation designed to reduce manual administration across the system. These AI-driven features will save time and improve efficiency – while ensuring that people-related enquiries and cases continue to be managed with empathy and care.
Further enhancing case management
Customers are best placed to suggest what enhancements they would like to see in the product – after all, they use it every day! All customer ideas are centrally logged, reviewed, and prioritised. In 2026, we’ll be picking up these prioritised enhancements, including (but not limited to):
- Pre-case checklist – Ensuring users don’t miss any key activities early on in a case.
- Sub-actions – Providing a more granular list of actions to be completed, but with a lighter touch for ease of use.
- Warning expiry date logging – Adding expiry dates against a person’s record so you can clearly see which employees have a live warning in place.
We’re committed to delivering tools that make your work easier, smarter, and more human. Stay tuned for more updates as we roll out these exciting innovations!
