We ask Andy Shettle, Head of Products at Conformity to pick out one element of his job that makes him smile.
“One of the favourite parts of my job (apart from hearing the benefits CaseworkER delivers daily for our customers) is seeing the release notes for the new features and functionality being deployed. More specifically, looking at this list and remembering that it was only in the past few months that these features were requested by our customers and they will very soon be in their hands (well on their screens).
It’s a privilege working with such a great team at being able to turn these user requirements in to product features in such a short time.
It is this type of approach to managing customer requests that helps separate us from other HR case management system providers“.
