Andy Shettle, Head of Products at Conformity Software talks about how customer ideas are raised and developed through to being released to customers.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is the opportunity to witness first-hand, the progression of customer ideas. Customer ideas are encouraged at Conformity Software as we know that developing features raised by HR professionals for use by HR professionals is how we maintain CaseworkER as being an HR led solution.
It all starts as an initial business requirement, often picked up during implementations or regular customer reviews and transforms into a fully developed feature or enhancement in Conformity Software’s CaseworkER. Our recent product update symbolises numerous months of diligent development, meticulous refinement with client input and rigorous testing. Communicating the release notes to our customers, which highlight the new features they are poised to utilise, is an integral part of the communication process with customers.
We don’t just stop there, once new features are available to customers, we invite them to book in time with us to review how these features can work for them so that they can start benefiting immediately.
If your HR case management system is not HR led in developments, or you are just lacking any newly released features, take a look at CaseworkER and we will happily discuss what we have released lately.
